Climb Nashville: Reaching new heights
Published: Oct 5, 2009
Nashville isn’t known for mountains, but Climb Nashville helps the city reach new heights by offering an interactive climbing experience.
Climb Nashville, located 3630 Redmon Street, is the Mecca of wall climbing equipment offered in the city. The facility has friendly and experienced people on staff to help guide you during your ascent to the top.
The facility features 12,000 square feet of climbing surface and resembles an adult jungle gym. Almost every surface inside the room offers the chance to test yourself and your ability to top the rock climbing walls. More than 40 foot walls make visiting the facility necessary since a new experience awaits you with each new possible challenge.
Fitness is the recurring theme inside Climb Nashville. Not only does the facility offer you the chance to hone your rock climbing skills, the facility also offers classes that offer core conditioning, yoga circuit and kick boxing classes. To take your fitness regiment to the next level, Climb Nashville offers personal training.
Guests and Climb Nashville members get an all-inclusive workout in the new kick boxing class. The class features cardio fitness combining martial arts, abs work, body weight training and more. The class is on Mondays at 6 p.m. and free to members and $15 for guests.
The Abs/Core class combines moves that are influenced by yoga, Pilates and other disciplines. This class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and is free to members and guests pay $10 for 30 minute classes on Thursdays and $15 for one-hour classes on Tuesdays.
All ages are welcome to join in the fun at Climb Nashville. A single day pass is $14 for adults and $10 for kids 6 years old and younger. The facility also offers group rates and affordable equipment. A liability release waiver must be signed in order to participate.
