Taqueria La Hacienda; authenic Mexican cuisine

Located in the heart of one of Nashville’s biggest Hispanic communities, Taquería La Hacienda has been serving up some of the best Mexican cuisine in town since 1993. The family-owned restaurant started as one of the first supermercados that catered specifically to the needs of Hispanic consumers. In a short time, the family expanded their business and opened the La Hacienda restaurant and tortilla factory next door.

Situated on Nolensville Road, not far from downtown, the market thrives with its full-service butcher shop, bakery and other services for the Hispanic community. The restaurant next door draws patrons from all over the city. Loyal customers return to enjoy authentic Mexican dishes at affordable prices. 

The restaurant has one open dining space for guests. On most nights, the room is full and conversation fills the room. The bright, rich colors of the walls and murals combined with fast-paced service create a fun and lively dining experience.

The expansive lunch and dinner menu includes all that you would expect to find at a Mexican restaurant. Modestly priced entrées make the restaurant affordable for folks on a budget. For about $7, you can enjoy a breakfast entrée any time of day at La Hacienda. Enjoy Happy Hour from 4-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and get two-for-one margaritas! 

La Hacienda is a perfect place for meeting friends for dinner and drinks before a night out on the town. Or, if dinner is the main event, share some laughs over a bowl of chips and salsa and a round of margaritas. Don’t forget to stop in at the market next door for a sugary treat from the bakery!
