Located in South Inglewood, Mitchell Delicatessen is “East Nashville’s neighborhood deli.” Nestled in the new Riverside Village on the corner of Riverside Drive and McGavock Pike, it offers more than your standard sandwiches and soups.
Open daily from 7 a.m.- 6 p.m., the deli boasts a small but appealing produce section, as well as a salad bar, hot-foods bar and other daily specials. The sandwiches, averaging $6 a pop, are distinctive, flavorful and most of all, filling. The deli offers fresh breads and meat by the pound.
Mitchell Delicatessen can also tackle catering needs. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, but don’t plan on eating in with a large group. Seating is limited.
