This is about the Fesslers Lane store (in the Shell station), not the M'boro Pk store if there is one. I went in for a cup of their famous coffee on 12/19 at about 11:45 pm, and the entire staff was in the back. No one was at the counter. It looked and sounded like they were working, but they were having a pretty good time of it. I waited for a few minutes, then asked the the Shell store woman if they were closed. She called out to them, but no one responded so I left. No coffee for me, and that was their last chance, dangit.
Pros: Has been good before.
Cons: Couldn't get served this time

I prefer this Dunkin donuts over any other. With a great staff including Josh, Millie, and Elio. The guest service is excellent.

This is no longer a Dunkan Donets location. Beware!!!
Word on the street is that the company pulled the franchise, all I know is one day it is a Dunkan Donets and the next day it is not.
