At birthday parties, each child selects a nickel-sized, heart-shaped pillow to warm in their hands and blow happy wishes into; the hearts are then stuffed into the birthday boy or girl's bear.
- Know Before You Go
Be sure to register your child's animal using the computer system before you leave. Should Mr. Bear go AWOL, a barcode inside will link him to your home address and phone number

It's a place for girls of any age. It's a delightful experience from the moment that you walk in until you leave with your bundle of joy. I went with a group of ladies and made bears to give to a local hospital. It was great fun although we all wanted to keep our little treasures. Highly recommend this whole experience.

This is the ultimate is personalization! The staff here is upbeat and absolutely the friendliest in the business. Yes...sometimes there can be a little line in the store, but think of it this way, you get to hear the story of each persons bear and why they chose the one they did.
First of all you chose the outside of the bear (or what ever animal you want to build). Then you go through all of the stations...from stuffing to giving it to heart, to fluffing, dressing and even naming your bear. It is so much fun. When you leave, you have your very own personalized bear. There are no two alike, because you built your bear.
