Inappropriate Business Behavior Beneficial has been known to use unethical and fraudulent means to attempt to acquire confidential information. Verbal threats, derrogatory comments, cursing and harrassing phone calls have been heard on several occasions. Use of inappropriate behavior with customers has also been witnessed. Employees following customers has also occurred. This behavior is not parallel with a "beneficial" company.
