TLC Service Standards

* Comprehensive medical evaluation at time of presentation

* Physical exams per FEDERAL guidelines or Company specific needs

* Timely treatment or evaluation of your employee to reduce time away from the work place

* X-Rays as needed with interpretation on-site

* Light duty restrictions as per actual job duties if necessary

* Over the counter meds on-site to prevent OSHA recordable

* Telephone notification from the MD after evaluation of your employee if placed on hold, denied, transferred to ER, or restricted work status.

* Written notification of employee status

* Co-ordinate with the insurance carrier to ensure timely referrals
