Hi, my name is Caron. I've been making jewelry, on and off, for about 10 years. I work with sterling silver and beautiful stones. Amethyst, Citrines, Topaz, Garnets, Tourmalines, each different and unique. All of my stones are real, I never use CZ's.
I start by choosing a stone. I sit at my workbench with bits of silver wire and sheet and let the stone play with the silver until a piece is formed. Sometimes there are curves and swirls. Sometimes, very straight lines emerge. But the silver is there to compliment the stone.
Each of my pendants is a one-of-a-kind original. I never make the same piece twice. So, if you own one of my pendants, unlike jewelry store items, you will be the only person in the world to have that piece. You own a small piece of art.
Right now I'm concentrating on making pendants. Little pieces of art to hang around your neck because LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO WEAR ORDINARY JEWELRY!
