One of life’s important lessons…”Listen to your body because eventually, as much as we deny its wishes, the body will have its way.” 

Although she demonstrated an interest in art at an early age, such “nonsense” wasn’t encouraged for this Midwestern farm girl.   However, after numerous relocations and years of corporate ladder climbing, the creative itch returned. 

So in 2001 after 25+ years in the business world, Cyndy left the comfort of her corporate career to pursue her creative ambitions, first in Interior Design and then in Fine Art.  She continues to improve her art-making skills through workshops with noted local and regional artists.

“There is a real dichotomy in my art-making”, says the Artist.  Although both art forms are intrinsically satisfying, they challenge my visual and intellectual processes in very different ways.” 

Most importantly, Cyndy has discovered that the process of expressing herself through art satisfies her soul on a deep level, and it keeps that nasty itch at bay.
