Artist Bio
I am a certified k-12 art teacher. I am currently working full time in elementary levels. In the summer I teach art camps for kids. I enjoy working with children, and I wish we could all be as free spirited as children can be.
I have a bachelors degree in Art Education and in Studio Art.I do freelance projects on the side ranging from childrens book illustration to oil paintings. I can work in a realistic style or an abstract style.
My artwork is in many different mediums, such as -Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, Colored Pencil, pen and ink, clay pottery, clay sculpture, metal, and jewelry in many different materials. I am also a mural artist, the ocean mural pictures you see on my sight are actually in my own home bathroom. I can not choose my favorite area of art or my favorite media to work in because it is all so different and I am passionate about all of it!
