Olga came to USA from Moscow, Russia in 1991.
For the former professional actress with no word of English- it was not an easy task to survive in totally different culture. So, first 10 years it was the main theme- survive! Divorced with a teenage son, she did all and beyond her capacity to find herself, but her Russian character was very handy at that time. And her long suppressed creativity finally got to the surface and she had no choice, but deal with herself. And she started to paint-very unexpectedly for family and self!!
“My work, says Olga, is not just a reflection of what I see and feel, but what I imagine as well. I’d love to bring my audience a source of satisfaction and pleasure through a combination of a realistic and abstract paintings, where real elements co-exist with fantasy.
For me-all surroundings have a soul: happy or unhappy. All that we touch reflect our emotions.
I invite the viewer to a Wonderland, where everything is possible and rightful.”
Now she lives and works in Nashville, TN
Her work can be seen at TN Art League Gallery in Nashville, ”Arbogast” Gallery, “Savage” Gallery- in Nashville, Joseph Thomas Gallery in NewYork, different Art shows and private collections, as well as on website
