Dupont Hadley Middle School Reviews

I am currently in the 8th grade at DuPont Hadley. The school throughout the year has been getting very strict about dresscode, and class rules. The 8th grade is the only grade that isn't allowed to carry backpacks, we have a different tardy policy than any of the other grades, and we are the only grade in the entire school that has a locker schedule. Making it even more difficult to carry all of our books from class to class. It's NOT fair because the teachers in our grade are very strict. DuPont Hadley is an okay school. I liked it better in my first 3 years there, but the 8th grade is absolutely terrible!

I have seen a big change in my son moving from the 5 to the 6 grade.A parent teacher relationship is a plus, and sometimes is not always there. But most of the time we don't receive the information from our children. All in all this is a good school.

My daughter has attended this school from 5th to 8th grade. I have seen the teachers work with her during a difficult year and the progress she made with the teachers and us(parents) working together resulted in a well balanced young lady that is still growing in maturity, understanding and knowledge. I hope to see my daughter blossom into an individual with strong ideals and desire to make a difference in this world. I am grateful that we were able to experience such wonderful teachers, principal, assistant principal, officer, etc. and their guidance in this school for not only my child, but all children attending this school.

Well I think this school is a great school.I have 3 children. And my two girls went to this school. And now they are in Mcgavock High.My oldest daughter graduates this year.I have my son going there this year. I have him in the tutoring class in the evening.I am really proud my children were in Dupont Hadley.Because every one teachers,Mrs.Downey,ect. Were there for us,when we were having hard times. The counciling was there for them. They made progress through Dupont Hadley.I want to thank this school for being a part of my children's life.

I have A daughter that goes to dupont hadley. She is going to be in the seventh grade.she has good grades and has never been in danger. The scholl provides a great and save place for any child. The principal is great. Amy Downey is a wonderful roll model. She was the principal at the last school my daughter was at. All the staff is wonderful especially Ms.Curry. She is A great Counciler. If I Had to rate this school From 1-10. I would give it a perfect 10!
